VideoTurnstile is a standalone, bi-directional people counting system that uses inconspicuous ceiling mounted cameras, powered by state-of-the-art image processing hardware.It has its own intelligence to perform, collect, store and communicate people traffic. VideoTurnstile units automatically adjust to environment changes, such as light and passing shadows. It is an advanced people counting tool used for almost any indoor situation including museums, shopping centers, galleries, banks, nightclubs, libraries, retail outlets, schools etc.

VideoTurnstile is supplied with the VisitorTrends reporting software, which lets you talk to the Video Turnstile units, download data from them and display the real-time people counts. It also allows you to export data to almost any third-party Windows software, such as Excel or Access.

HOW IT WORKS

Unlimited number of cameras to a site or portfolio of sites

Counter units count people moving at any speed and direction across the
defined count zone.

Accurate counting under high density conditions.

Units can be linked to monitor wide entrances or passages. The VideoTurnstile logger is referred to as either an LVT (Logger �C VideoTurnstile

) which has a serial, an Ethernet or WiFi connection to communicate with a computer. A VT is another counter which passes its count to an LVT for logging and communicating its counts. Units are available in single unit or rack.

Advanced digital image processing overcomes shadow and reflection
problems.

Video input allows monitoring of counts on screen or recording to validate
count accuracy.

Count unit stores as much as 30 Days of counting data in non-volatile
